We are looking for a talented senior professional to join our team as a Data Scientist for Product Development, where you will help us accelerate the delivery of new therapies by building innovative, scalable datasets.
What you'll be doing
- You will design and implement advanced systems and tools to improve the overall richness, reliability, and usability of our data products.
- You will collaborate across our product, engineering, and clinical informatics teams to define requirements, prioritize the product roadmap, and identify new technologies that streamline our deployment processes.
- You will apply your technical expertise to develop rigorous data quality measures, ensuring that our Pragmatic Registry datasets meet the highest statistical standards for our biopharma partners.
What you'll bring
- You hold a Master’s degree in biostatistics, epidemiology, public health, or a related field, and an advanced degree is preferred.
- You have at least 3 years of experience working directly with pharmaceutical firms on real-world data and observational research.
- You possess deep expertise in statistical programming with R, database exploration using SQL, and comprehensive study design.
- You have a strong grasp of epidemiologic methods and data quality frameworks, paired with the ability to communicate complex concepts to various stakeholders.
- You are fluent in English and have a proven track record of taking initiative and solving complex problems in a collaborative environment.
