We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our product analytics team and help us build the next generation of AI-native social engineering defense. At Doppel, we protect the internet from mass-manufactured threats like deepfakes and phishing by scanning over 150 million entities daily to neutralize digital deception before it spreads.
Responsibilities
- Identify key product and customer metrics to track our success and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Design and maintain self-serve dashboards that empower our cross-functional teams to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Develop analytical models that provide actionable support to our product, engineering, and operations departments.
- Build forecasting models to manage operational capacity as we scale our AI-driven threat detection systems.
- Translate complex data insights into clear, accessible communication for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Must-haves
- At least 4 years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or a closely related field.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization platforms like Looker Studio.
- A strong foundation in statistical methods, including experience with forecasting and experimentation.
- A collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work across product, engineering, and business teams.
- Fluency in English and the ability to work on-site in our San Francisco office 3 days per week.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with Python or R.
- Proficiency in using Jupyter Notebooks for data analysis and modeling.
