We are backed by top-tier investors and trusted by major global brands, and we are currently looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our product analytics team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco, where you will work with our team three days a week to shape our product roadmap and drive data-informed decisions.
Key outcomes
- Identify and define essential product and customer metrics to evaluate our success and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Design and maintain scalable, self-serve dashboards that empower our cross-functional teams to act on data.
- Develop analytical models that provide actionable support to our engineering, product, and operations departments.
- Build forecasting models to accurately estimate operational capacity as we scale our AI-driven threat defense systems.
- Translate complex data insights into clear, understandable narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in data science, data analytics, or a closely related field.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and BigQuery, along with practical experience using data visualization tools like Looker Studio.
- A solid foundation in statistical methods, experimentation, and forecasting.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments, including working closely with product managers and engineering teams.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience working within Jupyter notebooks for data analysis and modeling.
