What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will play a pivotal role in our claims review initiatives, working alongside clinicians and engineers to refine payment workflows and develop next-generation processing technologies. Your daily impact will include the following responsibilities:

• Evaluating healthcare claims to detect inappropriate utilization or reimbursement patterns.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to identify low-value care trends.
• Developing strategic reports and presentations to communicate findings to management and key stakeholders.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in computer science, data science, informatics, or statistics, ideally supported by a bachelor's degree. We value candidates who have mastered Python and SQL, as your ability to execute complex database queries is essential. Because we operate in a specialized field, having prior experience with healthcare data and identifying patterns of low-value care is highly desirable. We are looking for an analytical thinker who balances technical problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams. You must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an environment that requires both independent initiative and collaborative effort.
