What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role, requiring four days in the office and one day of remote work, though this schedule may adjust based on our evolving business needs. You will act as a vital bridge between our IT infrastructure and our business stakeholders, ensuring that our data strategy supports informed decision-making across the organization.

What will you do?

• Analyze intricate datasets related to financial performance and real estate markets to uncover meaningful trends.
• Develop and implement predictive models that assist in evaluating investment risks, property valuations, and market shifts.
• Design clear, impactful data visualizations and dashboards that communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

What makes you a great fit?

To thrive in this position, you should have 3 to 5 years of experience in data science, ideally within the finance or real estate industries. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in both Agile and Waterfall environments and who possesses a deep understanding of the software development life cycle. You should be proficient with tools such as SQL, Oracle, Excel, and Power BI. Beyond your technical toolkit, you must be a strong communicator who can translate business vision into technical requirements and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. A bachelor’s degree or an industry-standard certification in a relevant field is required.
