The opportunity

This apprenticeship is designed for a student who is eager to dive into the world of large-scale data science and machine learning. You will play a vital role in our mission to optimize our Supply Side Platform, ensuring that our algorithms remain at the cutting edge of performance and relevance. By working alongside our experienced engineers and scientists, you will gain hands-on experience in a high-stakes environment, contributing directly to the features and models that power our global infrastructure.

A day in the life

• You will collaborate with our data scientists and engineers to tackle the real-world complexities of our platform and master the intricacies of real-time optimization.
• You will apply advanced feature engineering techniques to refine the data flowing through our systems, ensuring our algorithms have the highest quality inputs.
• You will contribute to the development and integration of new models, including work on our user graph and deep learning projects that classify digital usage across devices and channels.

Who you are

You are a student with a passion for data and a desire to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. We value your ability to think critically and your willingness to take initiative on complex problems. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Strong programming skills, with a focus on Python or Scala.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within an international team.
• A creative, autonomous approach to problem-solving.
• An interest in Machine Learning, or familiarity with SQL, AWS, GCP, or BigQuery, which would be considered a significant asset.
• Fluency in English.
