What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our Ad Platform team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a high-impact role for an experienced professional who wants to shape the future of our advertising technology through advanced analytics and machine learning.

What will you do?

Analyze massive datasets to uncover trends and identify new opportunities to boost ad performance and revenue.
Design and execute A/B experiments to refine our bidding strategies, ad products, and overall user engagement.
Partner with engineering teams to develop scalable data pipelines and real-time machine learning systems that improve ad targeting and personalization.

What makes you a great fit?

You should have a strong background in data science, analytics, or machine learning, ideally within the advertising or digital marketing space. We value candidates who bring the following qualifications:

A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience in the industry.
Proficiency in Python and SQL, along with hands-on experience using big data tools like Spark or Hadoop.
Expertise in statistical analysis, causal inference, and A/B testing methodologies.
The ability to explain complex data insights clearly to non-technical team members and a knack for solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English.
