What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our Ad Platform team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a high-impact role for an experienced professional who wants to shape the future of our advertising technology through advanced analytics and machine learning.

What will you do?

• Analyze massive datasets to uncover trends and identify new opportunities to boost ad performance and revenue.
• Design and execute A/B experiments to refine our bidding strategies, ad products, and overall user engagement.
• Partner with engineering teams to develop scalable data pipelines and real-time machine learning systems that improve ad targeting and personalization.

What makes you a great fit?

You should have a strong background in data science, analytics, or machine learning, ideally within the advertising or digital marketing space. We value candidates who bring the following qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the industry.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, along with hands-on experience using big data tools like Spark or Hadoop.
• Expertise in statistical analysis, causal inference, and A/B testing methodologies.
• The ability to explain complex data insights clearly to non-technical team members and a knack for solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.
