What you bring

As a Senior Data Science and Statistics Expert, you will join our team on a full-time basis at our India location. You will be at the forefront of our engineering efforts, utilizing Python and machine learning to refine our forecasting capabilities. Your core responsibilities will include the following:

• Transforming unstructured data from sources like Salesforce and communication platforms into structured, meaningful insights.
• Developing and optimizing sophisticated statistical models and machine learning algorithms to improve forecast accuracy.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps for scalable forecasting solutions that drive real business decisions.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 5 to 10 years of experience in data science, statistics, or a related field. You should possess a deep understanding of machine learning and engineering, specifically with experience in transformers, embeddings, and handling unstructured data. An advanced degree, such as a Master's or PhD in a quantitative field, is highly preferred. Beyond your technical expertise in Python, you must be a strategic thinker who can communicate complex technical results to business stakeholders.
