Since 2017, we have specialized in high-quality IT traineeships focused on Data and Business IT, successfully guiding over 170 trainees toward their professional goals from our base in Nijmegen.

Key outcomes

• Cleaning and processing raw data to ensure it is ready for analysis.
• Designing and building robust data warehouses.

Requirements

We are looking for motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:

• You hold, or are close to completing, a university master's degree in a relevant technical or statistical field, such as Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Econometrics, Operations Research, or Mathematics.
• You have experience with at least one programming language, such as Python, R, Matlab, or Java.
• You possess a solid understanding of statistics gained through your studies or self-directed learning.
• You have strong communication skills and are fluent in both Dutch and English.
• You are available for full-time work starting at one of our quarterly intake dates.

Compensation

We offer a 1.5-year traineeship that provides a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. Once you begin your placement at a client organization, you will earn between 33,000 EUR and 39,000 EUR per year based on a 40-hour work week. Our benefits include:
