We are searching for a Data Science Team Lead to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. Our company is deeply focused on using data to drive product innovation, and we need a leader who is passionate about building predictive models that turn complex information into clear business strategies. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how we use data to understand our customers and improve our offerings.

Responsibilities

Mentor and guide our team of data scientists while remaining hands-on with the development and maintenance of our core data models.
Partner with cross-functional teams to define key metrics like retention and churn, using your findings to influence our product roadmap and overall business direction.
Oversee the creation of robust data pipelines and ensure that our analytical models are successfully integrated into our product ecosystem for maximum impact.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, data science, engineering, or a related technical field.
At least 4 years of professional experience in data science or product analytics, specifically with statistical modeling and data extraction.
Strong technical skills in Python, SQL, and Git, along with experience using machine learning libraries and visualization tools like Looker.
Proven ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and communicate technical insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

What we offer

The base salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $180,000. In addition to your base pay, we provide a comprehensive package that includes the following perks:
