What you bring

We are seeking a Data Science Lead to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will play a pivotal role in refining our digital twin model and driving innovation across our product suite. This position is open to candidates located anywhere, though we have a strong preference for those in the US or Europe. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading the end-to-end data science lifecycle, from initial problem definition to model deployment and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Applying advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to ensure the accuracy and robustness of our core models.
• Collaborating across product and engineering teams to translate complex business needs into actionable, data-driven solutions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have over eight years of experience in data science, with a deep background in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data modeling. We are looking for someone with a degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science, with a preference for advanced degrees. You must be highly proficient in Python and SQL, and comfortable working with modern frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Strong visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Matplotlib are essential. We value candidates who are excellent communicators in English, possess an action-oriented mindset, and thrive in an autonomous, asynchronous work environment.
