Today, we provide a planet-scale platform that helps businesses grow through sophisticated ad solutions. We are currently looking for a Data Science Intern to join our global Data Science and Analytics team. If you are a student passionate about machine learning and want to help us build the scaling engine for the digital economy, we would love to have you on board.
What you'll be doing
- You will improve our ad-tech stack by working on critical components like retrieval, ranking, bidding, and budget pacing.
- You will conduct deep-dive analyses to extract signals from large datasets, providing actionable insights that help us optimize our complex bidding systems.
- You will design and deploy advanced optimization strategies and build rigorous simulation models to validate performance gains and ensure we strike the right balance between revenue and return on investment.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program in a quantitative or technical field. We are looking for candidates who can work full-time from our Redwood City office for 12 weeks during the summer of 2026. If you are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, you should be on track to graduate by June 2027.
You should also possess the following strengths:
- Strong proficiency in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Data Analysis.
- Experience or academic knowledge in Experiment Design, Optimization, and Causal Inference.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset that allows you to own your work end-to-end and solve complex problems independently.
- Fluency in English.
