At Cyberhaven, we are redefining data security by using AI-powered technology to trace data lineage and stop insider threats. We are looking for a Senior Data Protection Analyst to join our growing Professional Services team and help our customers operationalize our unique detection and response platform from anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert on data protection, providing insights on market trends to demonstrate value to our clients.
Analyze event data within our platform to refine policies, reduce false positives, and pinpoint areas of data loss risk.
Partner with customers to build incident response workflows that align with their specific security objectives.
Manage and evolve data risk strategies as our clients' business needs and environments mature.
Collaborate with our internal Product and Development teams to innovate on our monitoring and prevention strategies.
Conduct forensic analysis on user activity and unauthorized data movement.
Prepare and deliver formal presentations and incident summaries for both technical and executive stakeholders.

Must-haves

At least 3 years of experience working with data protection products and endpoint protection best practices.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Insider Threat programs and general information security.
At least 4 years of experience providing expert guidance on security procedures and data protection vulnerabilities.
Strong technical proficiency in macOS, Linux, and Windows environments.
Deep expertise with DLP, Insider Threat, and CASB solutions.
Proven ability to manage documentation and project tasks related to incident response.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to work effectively in a global team.
Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

Familiarity with SIEM and SOAR technologies.
Experience working with various cloud applications and services.
