Data Product Owner at Manty

Our engineering department is a collaborative group of about twenty people, split into development, product, and data teams that work together daily using agile methodologies. We are currently looking for a passionate individual to help us continue this journey.

What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Data Product Owner to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in France. In this role, you will work closely with our Head of Data to shape and manage our technical data development plans, ensuring our projects are executed effectively while keeping our product vision at the forefront.

What will you do?

• Coordinate the data roadmap by defining, prioritizing, and tracking the activities necessary to achieve our technical goals.
• Serve as the primary bridge between our users and the data team, building a deep understanding of user needs and the technical challenges they face.
• Manage the product backlog, write clear user stories, and organize user testing to ensure we are delivering high-quality solutions.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in data engineering, analytics, or product ownership. We value candidates who are organized, rigorous, and capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You must be fluent in French and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to adapt your message for various stakeholders. A strong ability to listen to client needs is essential, and prior experience or knowledge of the public sector is considered a significant advantage.
