The Role

We’re seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team and drive innovation in our data-centric offerings. In this role, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the highest quality standards for our publicly sourced data assets. Our ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering high-impact data products that resulted in core business growth and takes a hands-on approach to tackling challenges. As a crucial member of our Data team, you'll be responsible for expanding our data dictionary and ensuring seamless integrations to provide our customers with a frictionless experience. The accuracy of our daily data set is paramount in developing advanced metrics, and empowering multi-family operators, asset managers, and marketers to make informed business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Product Management and Engineering leadership to evolve product vision and strategy for our data products including data assets and integrations offerings to drive business growth
• Set and upload quality standards for data assets and lead investigation with data analysts, QA, and engineering to identify root causes and solutions to anomalies
• Manage and structure projects to ensure the smooth execution of the product roadmap, balancing priorities and resources effectively
• Define and execute product requirements for new data assets and integrations and manage partner relationships
• Prioritize features and initiatives through data-driven decision-making to optimize resource allocation and maximize product impact
• Engage with customer-facing teams and customers to understand buyer and user needs, diagnosing pain points and delivering solutions that create customer value and business impact
• Be a subject matter expert on the data dictionary and partner with marketing and sales on field enablement and go-to-market activities, ensuring successful product launches and adoption

Qualifications:

• 6+ years in product management and a track record of successfully launching and managing data products at a growth stage B2B data company or B2B SaaS startup
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product plans
• Analytical, data-driven approach identifying, defining, and prioritizing problems, opportunities, and solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing startup environment
• Organized and detail-oriented with project management experience 
• Passion for innovation, innate curiosity, and building products that solve real customer problems
• Ideal candidates have experience with public web data collection methods and technologies and strong understanding of data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling techniques
