- Mentor and develop our data engineers and consultants, modeling excellence in consulting and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should bring a deep background in data strategy and technical execution. We require the following qualifications:
- Over 15 years of experience working within diverse teams and environments, including at least 5 years of experience as a technical consultant.
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience in data engineering and architecture using cloud-based platforms.
- Proficiency with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Synapse, and Azure Fabric.
- Expert-level knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and DataOps standards, including CI/CD pipelines and production deployment best practices.
- A proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear business value for stakeholders at all levels.
Compensation and benefits
We prioritize the well-being and professional journey of our team members. Our benefits package includes:
- The flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the United States with flexible hours.
- Generous paid time off, including company holidays and floating holidays.
- A comprehensive benefits package with company contributions toward premiums.
- A 401(k) plan that features matching and immediate vesting.
- A dedicated learning budget to support your ongoing professional development.
How to apply
If you are a self-motivated leader with a passion for solving complex data problems and building high-performing teams, we would love to hear from you. Please ensure you are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, as we are unable to provide visa support. Candidates must be willing to travel for client engagements as needed and successfully pass a background check to join our team.
