We are looking for a talented Data Platform Team Lead to join our team in Israel and help us build the next generation of financial products. What you'll be doing

• You will guide the evolution of our data platform to support advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives.
• You will partner with our backend, infrastructure, and data science teams to manage project timelines and ensure we meet our technical goals.
• You will be responsible for maintaining the scalability, reliability, and overall availability of our core data infrastructure.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in technology and data processing. We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience leading development teams and managing complex projects.
• At least 7 years of programming experience, including a deep understanding of software development best practices.
• Proficiency in building both batch and streaming data processing pipelines.
• Expertise in various data storage solutions, including RDBMS, data lakes, and columnar stores.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Strong skills in Python and experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with data streaming technologies such as Kafka, Flink, or Debezium.
• Experience working within AWS environments using services like Spark, Redshift, Athena, or SageMaker.
