What you bring

We are seeking a Data Platform Team Lead to join us on a full-time basis in Israel. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding the development of our data platform while ensuring it meets the needs of our machine learning and analytics initiatives. You will work within a hybrid work model, leveraging your expertise in data processing and project management to drive our technical strategy forward.

• Lead the evolution of our data platform to support advanced analytics and machine learning.
• Partner with our infrastructure, data science, and backend teams to ensure project goals are met on time.
• Maintain the reliability, scalability, and overall availability of our critical data infrastructure.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with at least seven years of programming experience and a proven track record of leading development teams. You should possess a deep understanding of software development best practices and have significant experience building both batch and streaming data pipelines. Proficiency in Python is essential, as is a strong grasp of various data storage solutions including RDBMS, data lakes, and columnar stores. We value candidates who have excellent communication skills in English and who can provide technical mentorship to help our team grow.
