With over 600,000 customers and a team of 1,600 people, we are looking for a Senior Data Ops Engineer to join us in our Paris, Berlin, Milan, Barcelona, or Belgrade offices to build the infrastructure that powers our machine learning products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain end-to-end data pipelines for machine learning model training and inference, covering both real-time and batch processing.
- Design and optimize data storage and access patterns to ensure high performance and scalability.
- Deploy and manage systems for model serving to ensure seamless integration into our production environment.
- Collaborate closely with machine learning engineers to monitor data quality and maintain system scalability.
- Build and manage Python services with a focus on CI/CD, observability, and continuous improvement.
Must-haves
- At least 3 years of experience in Python and software engineering, including microservices, testing, and CI/CD.
- At least 3 years of experience in data engineering, preferably with a focus on machine learning use cases.
- Strong expertise in designing both batch and real-time data pipelines.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling for high-performance applications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and product teams.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- A solid understanding of the machine learning lifecycle and associated workflows.
- Experience with stream processing tools like Kafka.
- Familiarity with orchestration and data tools such as Airflow, DBT, and Snowflake.
