What you bring

We are seeking a Data Operations Team Lead to join us on a full-time basis at our location in Israel. This role is essential for bridging the gap between our field operations and our R&D department, ensuring our data-driven solutions remain top-tier. You will be expected to leverage your expertise in Cybersecurity, Data Operations, and Engineering to drive our mission forward. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing team workflows to ensure that all project efforts are executed efficiently and delivered within established timeframes.
• Prioritizing data resources across the company while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders in Product, R&D, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Acting as a trusted data advisor to leadership teams to ensure our business objectives are met through strategic partnership.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least two years of experience as a Team Lead in Data Operations, PMO, or Product Analysis within the tech sector. We are looking for someone who has successfully led multidisciplinary teams of talented analysts and possesses the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. A background in SaaS and B2B environments is highly valued. You must be fluent in English, both written and verbal, as you will be communicating across global teams.
