Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Data Operations Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, and you can work from anywhere in the world as part of our distributed team.
Your impact
- Monitor key performance metrics to ensure our operations align with company goals and identify trends or anomalies that need attention.
- Conduct root cause analysis when data discrepancies arise and work closely with your colleagues to implement effective resolutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to triage, test, and perform quality assurance on fixes to ensure every solution meets our high standards.
What you'll need

- Proficiency with SQL and experience using monitoring tools or dashboards to track performance indicators.
- A solid understanding of quality assurance workflows and the ability to validate technical fixes.
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects independently.
- Fluency in English to communicate effectively across our global team.
- Bonus points if you have experience in SaaS, FinTech, banking, or lending, or if you are skilled at using data visualization tools to share insights.
