What You'll Do
Monitor and review key metrics to ensure operational performance aligns with company goals and identify any anomalies or trends requiring attention.Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies or performance issues and work with the team to resolve them effectively.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to triage, test, and QA fixes, ensuring that solutions meet quality standards and address underlying issues.Engage in the continuous improvement of team processes by identifying gaps through data-driven insights and suggesting actionable improvements.Document findings, process changes, and QA methodologies to support team development and streamline onboarding for new hires.What Would Set You Up for Success
