We are looking for a dedicated Data Operations Analyst to join our remote team and help us continue this impactful work.

What you'll be doing

• You will configure and maintain client-facing data deliverables while assisting in the creation of new reporting tools.
• You will monitor data pipelines to ensure accuracy, proactively investigating and resolving any issues or exceptions that arise.
• You will perform ad-hoc data analysis and use visualization techniques to uncover trends and tell compelling stories that help our stakeholders make informed decisions.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in data analytics and a passion for operational excellence. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in data analytics or a related field, or at least 2 years of professional experience in data operations.
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL and Python, along with expert-level skills in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with data visualization, data warehousing, and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with MDM solutions and cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex technical findings into clear insights for diverse audiences.
• A highly organized mindset with a sharp eye for detail and a collaborative approach to working across different teams.
