We're powering the technical core of major ERP rollouts for a global leader in cloud and software solutions, and we're looking for a sharp technical mind to keep data flowing cleanly through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects.

Role at a glance

This is a full-time remote contractor position for a mid-level Data Migration Support specialist. The work can be performed from Serbia or Poland and centers on hands-on data migration, system integration, and technical delivery inside ERP environments.

Your impact

Drive end-to-end data migration for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, from legacy analysis through mapping, loading, validation, and reconciliation.
Bridge business and technical teams by translating requirements into solid data structures, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data quality stays high across every cycle.
Document migration logic, support stabilization phases, and maintain compliance with data governance standards while assisting on API and interface integrations when needed.

What you'll need

A degree in IT, Business Information Systems, or a related field plus three to five years of experience focused on ERP data migration projects. Hands-on work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or comparable ERP platforms is essential, along with strong command of data structures, SQL, and transformation logic. You should be comfortable moving between functional and technical discussions, and experience with integrations or APIs is a plus. Clear communication and coordination skills are required. Fluency in English is mandatory; German is a strong advantage. Above all, you enjoy working under the hood of complex ERP landscapes, take full ownership of delivery, and bring meticulous attention to data quality.
