The opportunity

This is a full-time role based in the United States, offering a hybrid work environment that balances collaborative office time with the flexibility you need. As a senior member of our team, you will be the backbone of our data operations. You will ensure that our models are trained on the most accurate, reliable, and high-quality datasets possible. While your primary focus will be on sophisticated data labeling, you will also bridge the gap between raw data and software engineering, playing a vital part in our broader technical projects.

A day in the life

• You will take ownership of annotating and labeling complex datasets, ensuring every entry meets our rigorous standards for accuracy and consistency.
• You will serve as a technical lead for our data labeling SDK, overseeing its implementation, maintenance, and ongoing optimization to ensure our workflows remain efficient.
• You will pivot between tasks to support our core machine learning and software engineering initiatives, applying your Python expertise to solve problems whenever labeling volume fluctuates.

Who you are

We are looking for a professional who understands that data is the lifeblood of AI. You have a deep background in engineering and data labeling, and you are comfortable working in a technical environment where attention to detail is paramount. You communicate clearly in English and thrive when collaborating across different teams.

Your background should include:

• Proven experience in Software Engineering and QA processes.
• Strong proficiency in Python, which you use to automate tasks and improve data workflows.
• A solid grasp of Machine Learning concepts, including classification, segmentation, or object detection.
• The ability to maintain high levels of focus while managing complex data projects.
