What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Data Integration Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a key position for someone with a strong background in the healthcare payer space who wants to help us scale our Relay platform. You will play a vital role in supporting our client implementations while working alongside our product team to solve complex data challenges in the industry.

What will you do?

• You will map data fields between external specifications and our internal canonical model to ensure seamless information exchange.
• You will lead end-to-end integration projects, which includes everything from initial scoping and testing to the final deployment for our clients.
• You will act as a technical advocate for our platform, communicating complex issues to clients and vendors in clear, easy-to-understand language.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience working within a healthcare payer setting, specifically focused on data analytics or project management. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You should be proficient in SQL and Python, and you must have a strong grasp of data mapping and transformation. We value candidates who are excellent communicators in English and can bridge the gap between technical requirements and business needs. Experience with agile development methodologies and data integrity testing is a significant plus.
