Key outcomes
- Transfer data from multiple sources into the new database with speed and precision.
- Update records promptly as new information becomes available, keeping all entries current.
- Identify and correct inaccurate or incomplete files to maintain data integrity.
- Perform regular security backups and checks to confirm that information is stored safely and remains accessible.
- Maintain organized paper formats, backups, and source materials to support efficient retrieval and reference.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in data entry or a closely related field.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to review information for errors before entry.
- Proficiency in database management and standard data-entry tools.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Capacity to work independently in a remote environment while meeting accuracy and volume targets.
