What you bring

As our Data Engineering Manager, you will take charge of our data organization, focusing on the infrastructure, pipelines, and machine learning systems that power our platform. This full-time role is based in the United States and requires a leader who can balance high-level strategy with hands-on technical guidance. You will be instrumental in maintaining our standards for data quality while fostering a collaborative environment for our engineers.

• Direct the development and maintenance of scalable data and machine learning infrastructure using tools like Spark, Airflow, AWS, and Databricks.
• Lead and mentor a talented team of data and machine learning engineers to drive career growth and technical excellence.
• Partner with product and technical leadership to align our engineering roadmaps with our broader company goals.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least two years of experience in engineering management within data-focused roles. You should have a deep understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and statistics, along with a proven ability to manage data warehouses and complex orchestration frameworks. The ideal candidate is someone who stays close to the technology while effectively setting strategic goals. You should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for building high-quality AI products. Proficiency in English is required, and we value candidates who are eager to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

What we offer
