About the Role:
As a Data Engineering Manager at Envato, you'll play a key role in leading and growing our Data Engineering team while driving the development of a brand-new, greenfield data platform. This is an opportunity to build a modern data ecosystem from the ground up while also maintaining and gradually transitioning away from our legacy platform.
You'll be responsible for setting direction, prioritizing work, and fostering collaboration across teams, ensuring the data platform evolves to support business needs. Your focus will be on empowering and supporting engineers, managing resources, and driving technical excellence—rather than just individual contribution.
