What you bring

As our Data Engineering Lead, you will serve as a technical pillar for our organization. This is a full-time, hybrid role that can be performed from anywhere. You will guide our data strategy and ensure our systems remain robust as we scale. Your core responsibilities include:

• Providing technical leadership by mentoring junior engineers and championing best practices for secure, scalable data systems.
• Designing and maintaining high-performance data pipelines that ensure the reliability and integrity of our information across the entire lifecycle.
• Collaborating with data scientists and analysts to build effective data models that drive our business intelligence and reporting capabilities.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least five years of experience in data engineering who has a deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and integration. You should be highly proficient in Python, SQL, and JavaScript. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field is expected, and any advanced certifications in data engineering are a significant plus. You must possess a strong grasp of data warehousing, cloud platforms, and governance standards. Beyond your technical skills, you should be a clear communicator who can translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
