What you bring

As our Data Engineering Lead, you will take charge of designing and maintaining the architecture that powers our impact platforms. This full-time, on-site position in India requires a leader who can bridge the gap between complex data infrastructure and actionable business insights. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Designing and implementing scalable data architectures that support our high-volume processing needs.
• Overseeing the development of robust ETL processes to ensure high data quality and integrity.
• Optimizing big data workflows and performance monitoring to ensure our systems remain efficient and reliable.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 6 to 8 years of professional experience in data engineering and a degree in Computer Science or a related field. You should possess deep expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, and Python programming. A strong command of big data frameworks like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka is essential, alongside experience with cloud platforms and data governance. Beyond technical proficiency, we value excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
