The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our small, talented team. In this role, you will be the architect of our data systems, responsible for building and maintaining the robust pipelines that keep our infrastructure running smoothly. Your work will be central to our mission, as you will ensure that the data flowing through our network is scalable, accessible, and optimized. This is a chance to play a key role in the evolution of data-driven innovation while working in a fully remote environment.

A day in the life

• You will design and build scalable data pipelines that process information from various sources in real-time or batch modes.
• You will develop and manage complex ETL workflows to transform raw data into structured, usable formats.
• You will collaborate closely with our team to monitor and troubleshoot data flow, ensuring high performance and data quality across our cloud infrastructure.

Who you are

You are a seasoned engineer who thrives on solving complex problems and taking ownership of your work. You communicate clearly in English and have a strong background in building data ecosystems. Your technical toolkit includes:

• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and query optimization.
• Extensive experience with pipeline orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS Glue and cloud-based database systems.
• A solid grasp of ETL best practices and infrastructure automation.
