We are currently looking for a talented Senior Data Engineer to join our growing community in Medellin, Colombia, and help us continue to push the boundaries of what is possible in the tech space.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for architecting robust, production-ready data systems that drive real value for our clients. A day in the life
- You will design, build, and scale sophisticated data platforms and services, ensuring that our infrastructure can evolve alongside our clients' growing needs.
- You will develop and maintain efficient ETL processes and automated workflows, while also creating real-time solutions to solve complex data challenges.
- You will work closely with data scientists and analysts to optimize data models and improve data flows, ultimately enabling better, data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Who you are
We are looking for a seasoned professional who brings at least 6 years of experience in data engineering and a passion for building scalable solutions. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess the following skills:
- Deep hands-on expertise with cloud platforms, specifically AWS or Azure.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java.
- A strong background in data modeling, data warehousing, and managing complex ETL pipelines.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD and automation for data workflows.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative spirit that helps you thrive in cross-functional teams.
