What you'll be doing
- You will design, build, and maintain robust data processing pipelines and tools using modern cloud technologies.
- You will leverage Python, PySpark, and SQL to develop complex data relationships and analytical structures that support critical reporting.
- You will take end-to-end ownership of data quality processes and collaborate closely with our product team to ensure our reference data meets evolving market demands.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in engineering and a passion for mentoring others. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional experience developing data pipelines on cloud-managed Spark clusters, such as Databricks or AWS EMR.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL or SparkSQL.
- Proven experience building automation tools and libraries to streamline data workflows.
- Hands-on expertise working within a Data Lakehouse architecture.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering high-quality results in an Agile environment.
- Fluency in English and the unrestricted right to work in the United States.
What you'll get
The base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $130,000, with final offers determined by your unique experience, qualifications, and contributions. In addition to your base pay, you will have access to the following benefits:
