What you bring
We are looking for a mid-level Data Engineer to join us in a full-time, hybrid capacity. You will be instrumental in designing and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our data-driven decisions. Whether you are working from anywhere or collaborating with our teams, you will play a key role in our engineering department. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing, building, and maintaining scalable data management systems to ensure reliable data flow.
- Developing and optimizing complex data pipelines and database structures to support our analytics and business needs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and software engineers, to translate technical requirements into high-performing data solutions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should be a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. We require a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least three years of professional experience in data engineering. You should possess strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala, as well as deep expertise in SQL and database technologies. Experience with cloud services like AWS and workflow management tools such as Airflow is highly valued. We are looking for someone who combines technical rigor with excellent interpersonal skills, as you will need to negotiate requirements and influence project outcomes across the organization. Fluency in English is required to ensure clear communication within our team.
What we offer
