Data Engineer at CorePlan

We are looking for someone who shares our drive to join our high-performing engineering team.

What is this role?

We are searching for a Senior Data Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in Australia where you will serve as the technical bridge between our platform and our customers. You will work closely with our customer success and onboarding teams to design and implement sophisticated data integrations that help our clients succeed.

What will you do?

• Design and build custom data integration solutions that connect enterprise mining systems to our platform.
• Develop and maintain reliable ETL pipelines while managing data warehouse operations within Snowflake.
• Write clean, efficient scripts using Python, Node.js, or shell scripting to handle complex data transformations and automation.

What makes you a great fit?

To thrive in this role, you should have several years of experience working with data pipelines in a production environment. You are comfortable navigating Snowflake and PostgreSQL, and you possess a strong understanding of AWS cloud services. We are looking for someone who is proficient in API integrations and understands the nuances of ETL/ELT processes. Because this role involves working directly with clients, you should have excellent communication skills and experience in customer-facing technical positions. You are a natural problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting and can explain technical concepts clearly to others.
