What you'll be doing
- You will design, build, and oversee ETL and ELT pipelines using tools like Apache Airflow and AWS Glue to ensure seamless data flow.
- You will construct scalable data architectures by utilizing the full suite of AWS services, including S3, Lambda, Kinesis, and Redshift.
- You will manage the automation of deployments and infrastructure by implementing Terraform and Ansible alongside robust CI/CD pipelines.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have at least four years of hands-on experience in data engineering and a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. We are looking for someone who possesses the following technical expertise:
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark.
- Deep experience with the AWS ecosystem and streaming technologies like Kafka.
- A solid grasp of data modeling, warehousing, and distributed systems.
- Practical skills in version control using Git and a commitment to maintaining high-performance, reliable pipelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
