We are currently seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our centralized data team. In this role, you will help us shape the future of healthcare staffing by building the infrastructure that powers our data-driven decision-making and product experiences.

Key outcomes

• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines using Airflow, DBT, DynamoDB, and AWS Lambda.
• Design and implement APIs to deliver high-quality data to our core product.
• Manage the full stack of our client-facing analytics and internal administrative tools.
• Contribute to front-end development to integrate data insights directly into user experiences.
• Build telemetry systems to support advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to evolve our data architecture and streaming capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Proven ability to build and support APIs.
• Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Technical knowledge of AWS services, specifically DynamoDB, Lambda, and Elastic Beanstalk.
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Hands-on familiarity with Airflow and DBT.
• Exposure to machine learning workflows or streaming data pipelines.
• Comfort working with JavaScript and React.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 to $175,000, plus equity, determined by relevant experience and skills. We provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth, including:
