About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Data Engineer for a full-time position. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining the data systems that power our organization. You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure our data architecture is scalable, secure, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines to support our growing data needs.
- Develop and maintain production-grade data solutions using cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Manage data storage, security, and publishing workflows while ensuring high standards for data integrity.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We require the following qualifications:
- At least 4 years of professional experience working within SaaS or enterprise environments.
- Proven expertise in data ingestion and building effective connectors.
- Proficiency in programming languages including Python, Scala, or Java.
- Practical experience with AWS services such as S3, Kinesis, EMR, Lambda, Athena, Glue, IAM, and RDS.
- Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Airflow, Temporal, or Luigi.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
