At Empassion, we operate as a Management Services Organization dedicated to transforming the quality and cost of care for patients facing advanced illnesses. This specific patient group accounts for a quarter of all Medicare spending despite representing only a small fraction of the population. By providing tech-enabled, proactive care, we strive to improve outcomes for families and the healthcare system at large. Responsibilities
- Design and maintain robust data pipelines to support our advanced analytics initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility across our platforms.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have significant experience in data engineering and a strong background in data analytics. We are looking for a professional who is comfortable working in a remote environment and is fluent in English.
