About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and operating robust data platforms. You will play a critical part in helping our clients harness the power of their data by building scalable solutions that perform reliably in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement sophisticated cloud-native data platforms that meet evolving business needs.
- Engineer highly scalable and reliable data pipelines while utilizing distributed computing frameworks like Spark.
- Manage cloud resources and drive efficiency through automation and orchestration using tools such as Terraform.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should bring a strong technical background and a collaborative mindset. We value the following qualifications:
- Extensive experience in designing and deploying cloud architecture.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- A solid understanding of agile development practices.
- Practical experience with monitoring and performance tuning for cloud-based services.
- Knowledge of cloud automation tools and distributed computing principles.
- Bonus points if you have experience with MLOps, including model deployment, serving, and building automated CI/CD pipelines for machine learning.
