At Loopio we are on a mission to turn the RFP response process into a fast, seamless experience for our customers. Our Data Enablement Team builds the data foundations that power smarter decisions across the entire platform, helping teams move from scattered information to clear, actionable insights that improve how organizations win business.
The role
We are hiring a Data Engineer to join us on a full-time, remote-first basis. The position is open to mid-level professionals who want to design and scale the data systems that support both internal analytics and customer-facing features.
Core responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain reliable ETL pipelines and data platforms that grow with the business while keeping data accurate and accessible.
- Integrate diverse data sources-clickstream, relational, and unstructured-into our data lake and warehouse, then create the automation and monitoring tools that keep everything running smoothly.
- Partner with ML engineers, data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to turn raw data into predictive models and self-service tools that drive better decisions across RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
Skills and experience
You will bring at least three years of hands-on data engineering experience in a high-growth, agile environment, along with a track record of supporting large-scale production systems. Strong SQL skills, experience with dimensional modeling, and fluency in Python and PySpark are essential. You should be comfortable working with Databricks, AWS services such as Redshift, S3, RDS, Glue, Athena, and ECS, as well as orchestration tools like Airflow or Databricks Jobs and CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins. Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, data visualization platforms, and clickstream analytics tools will help you hit the ground running. Clear communication, comfort with ambiguity, and a collaborative mindset are just as important as technical depth.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a remote-first workplace with flexible hours and a learning budget that supports ongoing professional development. You will receive a new MacBook, monthly phone and internet allowances, and a dedicated work-from-home budget to set up your home office. Regular company socials, virtual yoga, cooking classes, and Employee Resource Groups help us stay connected while we grow together.
How to apply
If this mission resonates with you and you are excited to shape the data infrastructure behind a fast-growing SaaS platform, we encourage you to apply. We review every application and look forward to learning more about the unique perspective you would bring to the team.
