Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer III to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in India, where you will play a pivotal part in shaping our data infrastructure and mentoring the next generation of engineering talent.

Your impact

Design and maintain high-performance data pipelines, ensuring our systems are scalable, reliable, and optimized for both batch and incremental processing.
Develop robust data models and SQL transformations that serve as the foundation for our analytics and reporting, including the creation of curated datasets for Power BI.
Lead the technical direction of our Microsoft Azure ecosystem, working hands-on with tools like Azure Synapse, Databricks, and Data Factory to deliver production-ready solutions.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should bring a deep technical background and a proactive mindset. We require the following qualifications:

Between 6 and 9 years of professional experience in data, analytics, or software engineering.
At least 5 years of hands-on expertise with SQL, complex data modeling, and data warehousing principles.
Strong proficiency in Python, specifically with Pandas, alongside a solid understanding of PySpark.
Proven ability to build and support data platforms within the Microsoft Azure environment.
Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative spirit that values mentorship and team success.
A strong sense of ownership and the curiosity to continuously improve our data systems and operational excellence.
