We are looking for a visionary Data Engineer II to join our Enterprise Data Systems team. Role at a glance
This is a full-time, senior-level position based on-site. You will be a central figure in our technical strategy, designing robust data frameworks and leading our engineering efforts to ensure our data systems remain efficient, scalable, and reliable for years to come.
Your impact
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable data ingestion and processing frameworks using Spark and Spark Streaming.
- Manage complex data pipelines across our cloud environment, utilizing tools like Kafka, Airflow, and various AWS services.
- Mentor our engineering team by establishing best practices, technical standards, and high-quality guardrails for all data solutions.
What you'll need
We are looking for a collaborative problem-solver who is fluent in English and has a deep technical background. You should bring extensive experience with the following:
- Building large-scale data processing systems and pipelines.
- Working with cloud data platforms, specifically AWS Glue, S3, and EMR.
- Managing data warehouses and databases including Snowflake, Redshift, DynamoDB, and PostgreSQL.
- Implementing CI/CD workflows and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
- A strong understanding of data quality, observability, and governance principles.
Perks and compensation
