What is this role?
We are searching for a mid-level Data Engineer to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. In this position, you will play a vital role in our Condition Based Maintenance program, where you will build and maintain the infrastructure needed to support predictive maintenance for United States Marine Corps vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to apply their technical skills to high-priority projects that improve vehicle availability and reduce maintenance costs.
What will you do?
- Design, build, and automate robust ETL processes to ingest data from a variety of sources.
- Implement automated monitoring for data pipelines to ensure the highest levels of data quality and integrity for our AI and ML models.
- Apply DevOps and MLOps principles to streamline the deployment, maintenance, and overall health of our data applications.

- Professional experience with Python and a solid understanding of data engineering best practices.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both business stakeholders and technical team members.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cloud environments like AWS.
