What you'll be doing

• You will lead a team responsible for building and maintaining scalable data pipelines, managing everything from the ingestion of raw market captures to the normalization of data for our quantitative researchers.
• You will design and implement automation tools to enhance the resiliency, visibility, and traceability of our end to end data workflows.
• You will collaborate directly with quantitative researchers and developers to design, deploy, and tune high-performance solutions that meet our evolving data needs.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should possess 5 to 7 years of industry experience and a strong technical foundation. We are looking for the following skills and qualifications:

• Expertise in Python development, specifically using Pandas and NumPy for handling time-series data.
• Proven experience in building and supporting large-scale ETL pipelines and managing tick data.
• Proficiency in SQL and RDBMS, alongside a solid understanding of Cloud Technologies like AWS and Azure.
• A deep understanding of computer architecture and network infrastructure protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, complemented by excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience with web-scale development or C/C++ is considered a significant plus.
