Role at a glance

We are looking for a Data Capture and ETL Platform Lead to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity within the United States. This is a senior-level position where you will architect and manage the data platforms that empower our quantitative researchers to turn complex ideas into actionable trading strategies.

Your impact

• Lead the development and maintenance of highly scalable data pipelines, managing the entire lifecycle from raw market ingestion to normalized data formats.
• Create robust automation and tooling to enhance the resiliency, visibility, and traceability of our end-to-end data systems.
• Collaborate directly with quantitative researchers and developers to design, deploy, and tune high-performance solutions that meet diverse data requirements.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a collaborative mindset. We require the following qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of industry experience in web-scale development and Python programming, specifically using Pandas and NumPy for time-series data.
• Proven expertise in building large-scale ETL pipelines or managing tick data.
• Proficiency with SQL and RDBMS.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically AWS or Azure.
• A solid understanding of computer architecture, network infrastructure protocols, and system performance optimization.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Bonus points for experience with C or C++ development.
