What you bring

We are seeking a Lead Data Architect to join our team in France on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be a cornerstone of our architecture team, driving the modernization of our data infrastructure and ensuring our platforms remain at the cutting edge of the industry. Your work will involve utilizing advanced technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, Iceberg, and Delta Lake to build secure, scalable solutions. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Collaborating on the comprehensive redesign and transformation of our existing data architecture to meet evolving business goals.
• Architecting and implementing modern data management solutions, specifically focusing on data lakehouse frameworks.
• Designing and deploying efficient, secure data-sharing solutions that allow our customers to access their data seamlessly.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should hold an engineering or master's degree and possess at least 10 years of experience in data management, with a minimum of 5 years specifically as a Data Architect. We are looking for someone with a proactive, creative approach to problem-solving and a proven history of building robust, scalable systems. You must be highly proficient in data modeling and have hands-on expertise with platforms like Databricks and Snowflake. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to maintain composure and adapt quickly within our dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
