About the Role

We are searching for an executive-level Data Architect to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a high-impact role for a business-minded professional who will oversee our enterprise data strategy. You will be responsible for scaling our data functions, developing roadmaps to maximize our capabilities, and transforming raw information into actionable insights that drive profitable growth for our organization and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the strategic direction for our data solutions, including the oversight of database design, data integrity, and the selection of appropriate database tools.
• Perform hands-on dimensional data modeling while guiding cross-functional teams of analysts to foster a data-driven culture.
• Collaborate directly with clients to formalize their information needs and translate those requirements into high-level strategies that support their revenue and profitability goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should bring a strategic mindset and a proven track record of implementing complex data solutions. We require the following qualifications:

• At least 10 years of professional experience working within the data space.
• Expert communication skills with the ability to influence and present to C-suite executives.
• Prior experience contributing to data-related pre-sales efforts and developing business proposals.
• Technical proficiency in data modeling and exposure to at least one major cloud ecosystem, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Snowflake or Databricks is considered a significant asset.

Location

This position is based in the United States and requires an on-site presence.
