Role at a glance

We are seeking a Data and Analytics Lead to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a lead-level position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working within three hours of the US Central time zone. You will report directly to our Head of Marketing and Data while overseeing a geographically dispersed team.

Your impact

• Define and execute a 12-month analytics roadmap while establishing a robust data governance process to ensure information is accessible and reliable.
• Partner with brand managers to translate complex data into actionable insights, creating standard performance reports that drive growth across all distribution channels.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of analysts while developing measurement frameworks to evaluate product launches, pricing strategies, and seasonal promotions.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a strategic thinker with a deep passion for eCommerce data. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in data engineering and analytics.
• Technical proficiency with Python, SQL, dbt, Fivetran, Snowflake, and Looker.
• Direct experience working with Amazon marketplace and DTC datasets like Shopify, Google Ads, and Meta.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage tradeoffs between scope, schedule, and budget.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a knack for articulating complex problems to stakeholders.
