We are seeking a Senior Data Analytics Specialist to join our on-site team in Brazil and help drive data-informed decisions across our product organization.

Key outcomes

• Own the complete product analytics pipeline, from estimating the impact of proposed initiatives and designing experiments to validate hypotheses, through monitoring results and delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop analytical frameworks that address product challenges and translate complex findings into clear next steps aligned with team objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data and analytics opportunities that support business growth and improve product performance.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in data analytics with proven ability to manage end-to-end analysis projects.
• Proficiency in data extraction and manipulation languages such as SQL.
• Strong skills in data analysis, data modeling, and A/B testing.
• Experience with data visualization tools and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on solving complex problems while considering multiple scenarios and risk-return trade-offs.
• Professional fluency in English and Portuguese.
